1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Artmosphere. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Artmosphere Community ("Artmosphere", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website, platform, events, cafe space (RockSoul Cafe), membership services, online store, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our platform, attending an event, purchasing a membership, or engaging with our community in any capacity, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify members of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Community Standards
Artmosphere is built on the belief that culture is created through respectful, meaningful human connection. All members and attendees are expected to uphold these community standards at all times — both in our physical spaces and on our digital platforms.
You agree to:
- Treat all community members, staff, and visitors with respect and dignity.
- Engage in events and activities in good faith and with an open, collaborative spirit.
- Respect the physical space, equipment, and property of RockSoul Cafe and Artmosphere.
- Follow any specific rules communicated at individual events or workshops.
- Report harmful or unsafe behaviour to our community managers promptly.
You agree not to:
- Harass, bully, intimidate, or discriminate against any individual on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
- Engage in any illegal activity on or relating to our premises or platform.
- Damage, misuse, or steal any property belonging to Artmosphere, RockSoul Cafe, or other members.
- Disrupt events, performances, or community sessions in a disrespectful manner.
- Solicit or spam other community members without prior consent.
- Post false, defamatory, or misleading content on our platforms or channels.
Violations of these standards may result in removal from events, suspension or permanent banning of your account, and/or prohibition from future Artmosphere activities without refund.
3. Membership & Accounts
Certain features of our Services, including the Members Only platform, exclusive event access, and member perks, require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One account per person: You may not create multiple accounts. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.
- Non-transferable: Your membership and account are personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual.
- Accurate information: You must keep your profile and contact information up to date. We may suspend accounts with false or outdated information.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Certain events may have higher age restrictions, which will be clearly communicated.
Membership benefits, tiers, and pricing are described on our platform and are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to existing membership plans.
4. Events & Activities
Artmosphere organises a wide variety of events, including but not limited to live gigs, film screenings, board game nights, D&D sessions, book clubs, art workshops, outdoor treks, comedy shows, poetry slams, and private bookings.
- Registration: Some events require advance booking. Your spot is confirmed only upon successful payment or registration confirmation.
- Conduct: All attendees are bound by our Community Standards at all events. Event-specific rules may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Photography & recording: Photography and video recording may take place at events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you have concerns, please speak to a community manager.
- Cancellations by Artmosphere: We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or credit.
- Participation risks: Some activities (e.g., trekking, outdoor sports) carry inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.
- Private bookings: Corporate, birthday, and other private event bookings are subject to a separate rental agreement in addition to these Terms.
5. Payments & Refunds
All payments for memberships, event tickets, store purchases, and other Services are processed through our secure payment partners. By making a purchase, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at checkout.
- Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated. Artmosphere reserves the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
- Event tickets — cancellation by you: Tickets cancelled more than 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund or credit note. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, though we may offer a credit at our discretion.
- Membership cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period unless required by applicable law.
- Store purchases: Refunds on physical goods are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is unused and in its original condition. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
- Failed payments: If a recurring payment fails, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment details. Continued failure may result in suspension of membership benefits.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Artmosphere platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Artmosphere Community or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Our content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Artmosphere content without our express written permission.
- Your content: When you share creative works, posts, or other content on our platform, you retain ownership but grant Artmosphere a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote that content in connection with our Services.
- Artist and creator rights: We deeply respect the creative community. If you believe your work has been used without proper attribution or consent, please contact us immediately.
- Trademarks: "Artmosphere" and associated logos are trademarks of Artmosphere Community. You may not use them without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artmosphere and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or participation in our events.
Artmosphere does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Artmosphere in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behaviour, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@artmosphere.community. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the city where Artmosphere / RockSoul Cafe operates.
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concern before pursuing formal legal action. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through open communication.
